I’ve been experimenting with Testosterone Nutrients for some time. When I first started using it, I took Testosterone Nutrients in the morning after breakfast along with 2 capsules of Optimal Man.
I found myself getting tired during the day and struggled at my desk.
Instead of adjusting the formulation, I did some research and found that I should switch to taking it at night. I was a bit nervous doing this switch as I didn’t want to be up all night. We have this picture that testosterone should give us this massive boost of energy and alertness along with aggressiveness.
I slept beautifully.
One thing I’ve really learned with Testosterone Nutrients is that I have healthy sleep, wake up with healthy motivation and I have healthy libido. I combine it with 2 capsules of Optimal Man but not daily. I use 2 capsules of Optimal Man about 3-4 days a week and skip the others. It depends on how well I eat and how hard I push my body.†
I’ve experimented with 2-4 capsules of Testosterone Nutrients. The full serving size of 4 capsules taken consistently each night is recommended. Of course, find what works best for you but that’s what I’ve found. Usually I use partial serving sizes on most supplements like Optimal Man. I use ½ the serving size of 2 capsules.
As of now, I don’t have any noticeable side effects. It appears to work effectively yet gently. That seems to be how testosterone works.
