Our new wellness centre is currently being constructed on our tranquil rural acreage and will soon be open for business for a range of new healing services that we have added to our existing business.

A Brief History
I started Reflections on Health online in 2009 selling health related books and nutritional supplements as well as I a program from USA alleviating the dependency on antidepressants and anti psychotic drugs. Unfortunately the program is no longer available.
The business then grew due to customers wanting me to stock other supplements from overseas, which I did. The business is still expanding as I receive feedback from potential customers and discover new products. We really appreciate this feedback and are more than willing to research these products and if possible make them a stock item on our site.
We also owned and operated our own certified organic shop and farm in Townsville as I have been interested in my health and others’ health since I was 17, which is quite a while ago. My vision has always been not only to sustain and improve my health but also that of others.
Our Objectives for Health
To make all things wellness accessible to the health conscious who would want to improve their health without the overpriced price tag we normally see on the market.
These services are usually considered to be a luxury item where you would only treat yourself on a special occasion. But we don’t see it that way, we see your health and wellbeing to be a priority therefore these services are viewed as a necessity. It must be available to be included into everybody’s weekly routine.
