Important: Skin Nutrients replaces your multivitamin, trace minerals, and B complex. Unless advised otherwise by your health professional, stop using these.
Skin Nutrients purposely excludes certain nutrients, which are known to aggravate and promote unhealthy skin. These nutrients are vitamin B12, folate, biotin, and B6.
Skin health is not achieved by putting stuff on your face.
That said, supporting skin health from the outside and from the inside is highly recommended.
When testing Skin Nutrients on teenagers and young adults, I did not ask them to change their diet or do anything else.
