WHY TAKE NXGEN BEEF LIVER:

A Nobel Prize was won in 1956 for discovering the benefit of beef liver in curing anaemia. Only recently has the science been understood on how this occurs.  While beef liver doesn’t contain a large amount of heme iron that’s absorbed into the blood stream to increase hemoglobin, its true benefit comes from the combination of vitamin A and copper needed to help mobilise iron stored in cell tissue causing inflammation.  The copper needs the vitamin A  and iron stored in the cells needs the copper to mobilise iron around the body so it gets into the blood stream.  It’s best to take a single dose of beef liver capsules (6 at a time) before breakfast, on an empty stomach.  Vitamin A is also great for your skin, to hydrate and moisturise.

Our liver is high in real, preformed vitamin A ( 3500IU  per serving) 70% of the recommended daily intake, and below the maximum levels recommended during pregnancy. However, if you are deficient in vitamin D, vitamin K2 and/or magnesium, you will not see as much benefit as you could (nor) will you be optimising other important health metrics. Is raw freeze dried organ meat safe to eat?

What has Bioavailability Got To Do With Vitamins and Minerals?

When should I take Beef Liver Capsules and How Many?

Beef Liver is a wholefood. 6 Capsules is equal to (one ounce) 29 grams of raw fresh beef liver. Single dosing prior to food is recommended so that the powder is able to be absorbed better, rather than attaching to other food particles. If someone has low digestive acid there is greater opportunity for the powder to be absorbed through the intestinal wall into the blood stream. We recommend adults take one ounce of raw liver a day and children half an ounce.

How Do I Get My Toddler or Children Who Don’t like Capsules to Eat Organ Meat?

Pull the capsule apart and empty the powder into any food such as cheese omelette, spaghetti bolognaise, gravy, mince. However, don’t heat as this will destroy the heat sensitive nutrients. For toddlers add to puree fruit, or baby food. Introduce toddlers to Organ Meats when they begin to eat solids. They’ll grow to become healthy and be taught the importance of nose to tail nourishment.

Do you test for BSE (Max Cow Disease)?

How do you check for Heavy Metals?

Contamination via heavy metals in Australian Beef is in fact a reality if not properly tested.
