Suggested Use
As needed, take 1 to 2 lozenges by mouth, let them completely dissolve, then swallow.
Do not use within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
If needed, the lozenge may be broken in half or quarters.

Every day, all day, your brain is exposed to naturally, and unnaturally, occurring harmful compounds.

What do you usually do when you experience brain fog? Like me, you likely gravitate towards caffeine or sugar. These both provide immediate, albeit short-term bursts of mental energy. Both are ineffective at supplying what your brain is truly asking for: nutrition, energy, and antioxidants.
Instead of reaching for caffeine or sugar first thing in the morning, consider starting your day first thing with 1 to 2 lozenges of Brain Nutrients. Place a bottle on your bedstand so it’s ready for you when your pesky alarm goes off.
